Contractor will continue to manage payment processing in the Empire State By Michael Keating
The New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance has signed its fourth consecutive contract with Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services (ACS). Under the arrangement, ACS will perform a variety of services as it manages and operates the state's child-support-payment-processing center. The five-year contract is valued at $127 million and includes four six-month options. ACS is a processor of child-support payments and has served New York state for 16 years.
