California county recorders soon will have fewer paper documents to process, file and preserve. The California Electronic Recording Transaction Network Authority (CeRTNA), which is a consortium of county recorders in California, has inked a deal with Dallas-based Affiliated Computer Services Inc. (ACS) in which the company will design, develop, implement and support an electronic recording delivery system (ERDS) for CeRTNA.
